Our food is highly flavored – not the food often associated with “catered food”. It is prepared in our kitchen with the finest ingredients including fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, superior quality meats and fresh seafood. We do not use prepared foods purchased from a wholesaler repackaged as our product. Our catering menus and takeaway dishes are rooted in the very best of classical culinary traditions, Southern hospitality and tropical flavors.
