 Food
Our
food is highly flavored – not the food often associated with
“catered food”. It is prepared in our kitchen with the finest
ingredients including fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, superior
quality meats and fresh seafood. We do not use prepared foods
purchased from a wholesaler repackaged as our product.
Our
food menus and takeaway dishes are rooted in the very best of
classical culinary traditions, Southern hospitality and tropical
flavors.

signature “Make Your Own Strawberry Shortcake Bar” with whipping
cream shortcakes is a party in and of itself.
Our
“Pick-Up Desserts” such as black bottom amaretto cheesecakes, layer
tea cake, dark chocolate Ganache bars, mini key lime tarts etc. are
just the right elegant touch to end an evening.

Staff
Our
experienced and professional servers allow you to be a guest at your
own party! They arrive early to make sure everything is in place,
serve your guests with graciousness and stay until everything is
clean and put away.

We
can make all arrangements for all of your rental and floral needs.
 Liquor
and Beverages
We
have wait staff who can serve as a bartender or provide a fully
licensed bartender with all of your beverage needs.

We
are more than happy to customize menus to make your event a personal
reflection of your tastes.
We
are also happy to meet with you onsite to make recommendations
concerning placement of tables, bars, musicians etc. We strive to
make your event everything you would hope that it might be but with
minimal effort on your part.

Delivery and Catering Fees
Breakfast/Luncheon Deliveries
$35.00 plus 4% Consumption Fee. These are
meals delivered on disposables which do not require a return trip to
pick up our equipment. This cost is based on the St. Petersburg
Area. Cost for Deliveries to Tampa and other destinations will be
based on the distance from our shop.
Party and/or Meal Deliveries with Set Up
$55.00 and up
plus 4% Consumption Fee. This cost will be determined at time of
the event.
The cost will vary based on the size of the event.
Staffed Events
$20.00 per server per hour plus 10% Consumption Fee – $100.00 per server minimum. For events for 150 or
more, 25% Consumption Fee applies.
